The academic year at Kids Valley Public School School begins from 1st April every year and ends in march of the subsequent year, with a summer break in June and winter break of two weeks in December .The medium of instruction is English.The School is affiliated with U P Board English Medium.

A student's academic progress is ascertained by her performance in monthly tests, half-yearly and final examinations. Detailed subject reports are sent to parents to apprise them about the comprehensive progress of their wards.

Students actively participate in various environmental activities which evolves them as an individual who are sensitive towards the protection of environment for sustainable development of human mankind.

The morning assembly session is the time for the teachers to prepare special motivational and inspirational thoughts to guide the students.

Each week is dedicated to a different theme for the overall presentation during the morning assembly. Each class takes a turn to present the Assembly for a week and is guided by the chosen theme. Themes have included: The charms of Poetry, The World of Plants, The Mystery of the Universe, Films and Media, Ancient Literature, Animal Kingdom, festivals of India, Indian Culture.

PTMs are held every term and provide an opportunity for the Parents to meet the teachers to review the work that has been covered and the development of every child.
